I saw some of Adam Stennett’s paintings in Blackbook magazine good few years ago now and was blown away by his skill and bizarre subject matter (he assures viewers no mice were harmed in the making of his Art). Adam’s work ‘The Lost Order’ is now in the January 7th issue of The New Yorker accompanying Rivka Galchen’s fiction story ‘The Lost Order’. More of Adam Stennett’s work is currently on show as part of “We Could Be Heroes: The Mythology of Monsters and Heroes in Contemporary Art” at Brigham Young University Museum of Art, until 6th of April 2013.
